Terms and Conditions

1. Rental requirements

1.1 The renter must be at least 23 years old.

1.2 A valid driving licence held for at least 1 year is required.

1.3 A Category A licence is required for motorcycles over 250cc.

1.4 The customer must have a valid ID card or passport.

2. Bookings and payments

2.1 Bookings are made on the website, by phone or at the office.

2.2 To confirm the booking, a prepayment equal to 100% of the total cost is paid.

2.3 The deposit is paid when the vehicle is picked up.

2.4 If the booking is cancelled up to 48 hours before the rental, the prepayment is refunded. For cancellations after that, the prepayment is not refunded.

3. Pick-up and return

3.1 The vehicle is handed over at the place and time agreed in the booking.

3.2 The customer inspects the vehicle at pick-up and reports any damage or problem before use.

3.3 Handover and return take place at the agreed time and place. Any delay may lead to an extra charge.

4. Use of the vehicle

4.1 Only the customer who signed the contract may use the vehicle, unless otherwise agreed.

4.2 Damage caused by improper use is the customer’s responsibility.

4.3 Use in races, illegal competitions or for illegal activities is prohibited.

4.4 The vehicle is returned with the same fuel level it had at pick-up.

5. Insurance and damage

5.1 All vehicles have basic insurance, which includes third-party cover.

5.2 The customer may choose additional insurance cover for an extra charge.

5.3 Any damage during the rental must be reported to Rental Now immediately.

5.4 In an accident, the customer follows the insurance procedures described in the contract documents.

6. Personal data

6.1 Rental Now protects personal data in line with the GDPR and applicable law.

6.2 The data the customer provides for the booking is used only to perform the rental contract.

7. Cancellations and changes

7.1 A booking can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before pick-up, but only for customers with the Premium Package.

7.2 Changes to a booking are made subject to availability and after agreement with Rental Now.

8. Other terms

8.1 Rental Now may cancel a booking or refuse the rental if the customer does not meet the contract terms.

8.2 If the rental terms are not followed, the company may claim compensation for damage.

8.3 Disputes arising from the contract are governed by Greek law and resolved by the competent courts.
